2nd Annual Back to School Giveaway!

1. Eligibility
This giveaway is open to legal residents of the Prairie Provinces of Canada (Manitoba, Saskatchewan, and Alberta) who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, representatives, of IHOP Prairies and their immediate family members or individuals living in the same household are not eligible to participate.

2. Giveaway Period
The giveaway begins on August 15th, 2025 and ends on September 1st, 2025 at 11:59 PM Central Time. Entries submitted before or after the giveaway period will not be accepted.

3. How to Enter
To enter, participants must follow the instructions outlined in the official giveaway post on @ihop_prairies. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Limit one entry per person unless otherwise stated.

4. Prize Details
One (1) winner will receive a prize package valued at $400 CAD, which includes:

• One (1) $100 IHOP Gift Card
• One (1) $150 Costco Gift Card
• One (1) $150 Staples Gift Card

Total prize value: $400 CAD. Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. No substitutions will be made except at the discretion of the giveaway sponsor.

5. Winner Selection & Notification
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the giveaway period. The draw will take place on or about September 2nd, 2025. The winner will be contacted via email within 48 hours of the draw. If the selected winner does not respond within 5 business days, a new winner may be selected.

6. Prize Delivery
Prizes will be delivered in person. IHOP Prairies is not responsible for any delays or loss once the prize is shipped or emailed.

7. General Conditions
By participating, entrants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of IHOP Prairies, which are final. IHOP Prairies reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if any fraud, technical failures, or other factors impair the integrity of the giveaway.

8. Publicity
By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow IHOP Prairies to use their name, likeness, and/or social media handle for promotional purposes without further compensation or approval, unless prohibited by law.
