Welcome to our IHOP Prairies Rewards Program! By signing up for and participating in the Rewards Program ("Program"), you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read these carefully.
1. Eligibility
The Rewards Program is open to customers who are at least 16 years of age and have successfully registered for the Program. Customers must be guests at all IHOP Prairies locations. (“Prairies”), Winnipeg, Edmonton, Sherwood Park, Medicine Hat, Lethbridge, & Calgary locations.
2. Signing Up
To participate in the Rewards Program, customers must sign up by providing their name, email address, and other required information. Once registered, you will begin to receive email communication from Loyalty@ihopprairies.ca and can start earning rewards after your first qualifying transaction.
Please add Loyalty@ihopprairies.ca to your trusted contacts on your email to avoid missing a message from IHOP Prairies Rewards.
3. Earning Rewards
- Transactions: To earn rewards, you must pay for your transaction using FasTab Payments in restaurant “QR Code on each table surface”. The Program tracks and records each transaction as a "visit" once payment has been made.
- Visits: Each paid transaction at our restaurant constitutes one visit.
- Milestones: As you accumulate visits, you will reach specific milestones. Each milestone may unlock rewards, such as discounts, free items, or special offers, which will be available in your account.
- Reward Tracking: All rewards and visits will be automatically tracked by the Program.
- More Information: All rewards, milestone offers will be shared directly on our website, or through our Instagram, & Facebook accounts.
4. Reward Redemption
- Non-Transferable: Rewards are non-transferable and may only be redeemed by the customer who earned them.
- No Cash Value: Rewards have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash or combined with any other offers.
- One Reward Per Table: Only one reward or discount may be applied per table, per visit. You may not combine rewards or discounts from the Program with other promotions, sales, or special offers.
- Redemption Process: Please present your email coupon offer to an IHOP team member during your Dine In visit, before clicking (“redeem”).
5. Restrictions and Exclusions
- Dine-In Only: Rewards are only applicable to dine-in orders. They cannot be used for takeout, delivery, or catering orders unless otherwise specified.
- Program Limitations: The Rewards Program may not be combined with any other restaurant promotions, discounts, or special offers.
- Expiration of Rewards: Rewards may have expiration dates or usage limitations, which will be communicated to you via email offers & details.
6. Data Privacy
By signing up for the Rewards Program, you agree to our Privacy Policy and consent to the collection and use of your personal information for the purpose of managing your rewards and communicating with you about the Program, and other IHOP promotional offers, and updates.
7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
- Program Participation: Participation in the Rewards Program is at your own risk. We are not responsible for any technical issues, errors, or malfunctions that may affect the tracking or redemption of rewards.
- Program Termination: We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your participation in the Program if we suspect fraudulent activity or abuse of the Program.
- Changes to Terms: We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website or communicated via email.
